Day two at Esxence 2024. I am wandering around, desperately trying to find vintage-like, niche perfume brands. Something that takes me back in time, yet isn't as elusive as the vintage classics I've been hunting on eBay. From afar, I notice medieval-style wall art—Spezierie Palazzo Vecchio, it says. Filled with enthusiasm and hope, I approach the stand and start sniffing their perfumes. I go through the entire selection available on the table—they're all exceptional. What a find, I think to myself.

A few months later, I'm sitting in my bedroom, savoring these scents again. This time, however, I have full bottles with me to enjoy.

Despite the creeping thoughts of selfishly keeping this brand hidden from others, I want to share my favorites from Spezierie Palazzo Vecchio with you.

Spezierie Palazzo Vecchio, founded in 1990 by renowned Florentine pharmacist Dr. Giovanni Di Massimo, is a perfume company dedicated to traditional methods and high-quality, natural products.
